A lesson for Europe

Watching these terrible events unfold in Europe brought to my mind a documentary about Singapore I saw recently. Popular housing is allocated according to quotas (a bad word in Europe) to ensure that no single ethnic or religious group dwells exclusively in the same building and area....not politically correct perhaps, but isn't it brilliant?
