Chavez borrows from Mugabe's book

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias says hacienda and cattle ranch owners should start moving towards setting up his proposed Chaz Method to share farms before the National Lands Institute (INTI) intervenes. "Before (INTI president) Richard Vivas arrives, listen to Chavez because Richard will not negotiate ... he will arrive with the Army."
